Refund policy

Cancellations. At Catrina Curia, you can cancel your order until the date of shipping for any reason free of charge and we will fully refund your credit card or original method of payment. Once you have received a shipment confirmation email, cancellation is not an option, and you will be charged the full amount for your order. PERSONALIZED ITEMS (items that have been modified as per customer request) CAN NOT BE CANCELLED NOR RETURN.

Returns. Catrina Curia offers 15 days from the day of shipping confirmation to return products. PERSONALIZED ITEMS, (items that have been modified per customer request) ARE NON-RETURNABLE. For any other products to be returned, we ask:

• The product must be in its original, unused condition with all tags still attached, including security tags, leaflets, and authenticity cards if applicable.

• The product must be returned in its original packaging.

• The product must be complete with all parts and accessories.

• The product must have its original proof of purchase.

Incomplete, damaged, or used products will not be accepted for return. If the conditions of the product are satisfactory and you comply with the return instructions, we will refund the purchase price, sales tax including minus the original shipping cost if any to the same credit card or original payment method.

Return instructions.

• Contact us at costumerservices@catrinacuria.com, subject RETURN within 15 days of the shipping confirmation.

• We will send you a prepaid carrier shipping label via email. Please print the label and attach it to the package used upon delivery covering the original label. Using this label allows us to pay for the return shipping and trace the package.

• Drop the package off at the carrier shipping location.

• If you decide to use a carrier different than what we offer, WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE OR LOSS.
