Catrina Curia Leather Goods LLC is a company created in Flower Mound, TX. All legal procedures arising out or in connection with these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the city of Flower Mound, Denton County, State of Texas.

We disclaimed all implied warranties and representations, including but not limited to impallided warranties or merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Exclusive remedies: THE ONLY REMEDY FOR ANY DISSATISFACTION/DEFFECT OR ERROS REGARDING THIS SITE SHALL BE THAT YOU LEAVE THE SITE AND ANY PRODUCTS THAT YOU PURCHASE OR ATTEMPT TO PURCHASE VIA THIS SITE SHALL BE AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH IN OUR CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICIES.

If the foregoing limitations are held inapplicable or unenforceable for any reason, then a maximum liability of Catrina Curia Leather Goods for any type of damages resulting from your purchase of a product shall be limited to the greater or the actual amount paid by you for any product offered on the site or $200.00.
Force Majeure
Except for payment obligations, non-performance or late performance of either party is excusable to the extent that performance is considered impossible, commercially unreasonable, or delayed by strike, fire, flood, governmental acts of terrorism, labor conditions, supply restrictions, communication or shipment problems, or any other reasons that are beyond either party control.

All information on the website, including but not limited to photos, text, videos, logos, and product names is the intellectual property of Catrina Curia. Therefore, we reserve the right to exclude you from any access and use.
Limited license. Catrina Curia grants you a limited, revocable at any time and at our discretion, non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to access the website via an internet browser with the objective of learning about our company and products for private purposes with the condition that you comply with these Terms. We do not authorize other access or copying of this site or content with the purpose of spidering, adapting, or reproducing the website.
Submissions:
If you submit any information or materials to us at your own and sole discretion, you automatically grant us an unlimited, perpetual, and irrevocable right to use, modify, sub-license, commercialize, or transfer such materials. Given the nature of our products, we cannot assume any liability or responsibility for inaccuracies or for any damage or loss caused by your use and reliance on the information obtained on this website. We reserved the right to change information at any time. Once we submit an email with a shipment confirmation, we have determined the product availability at that time.
Use of product
Catrina Curia does not authorize any sale of our products outside the U.S or any commercial resale. When submitting your order, you agree that the purchase is for private household use only. We reserve the right to limit order quantities at our sole discretion whenever we consider necessary.
Price and payments
When you submit your order on our website, you agree to pay the purchase price of the selected item, plus shipping cost if applicable, and sales taxes (according to state tax rules and regulations). We only accept the listed payments on the website with no exceptions. Be aware we reserve the right to update payment methods at our sole discretion.
Delivery
Our warehouse is in Flower Mound Texas. Although we deliver to all 50 states in the U.S., given the exotic nature of some of our products, restrictions may apply. We offer UPS, USPS, and concierge delivery in selected areas. Delivery to remote areas may be delayed beyond the standard delivery time. All purchases above $500 required an adult signature upon delivery.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONTACT INFORMATION
These Terms and conditions and any additional terms we specify when you review your order constitute the entire agreement between you and Catrina Curia Leather Goods LLC. By submitting your order, you fully accept our terms of use and conditions.
Severability. If any provision in these terms is determined to be unenforceable, invalid, or illegal, such portions will be upheld but the remaining portions of the terms will remain in full force and effect.
This website is hosted by Shopify for questions about our products, orders, and more please email us a costumerservice@catrinacuria.com At our sole discretion, we can make changes to our website, policies, processes, cancellation policies, delivery methods, and more at any time. By publishing the changes on the website, you are being notified. Changes will not apply to orders that you submitted prior to us publishing the new information on the website unless we personally inform you and we obtain your consent via email or the website.
CANCELLATION, RETURNS, AND CREDIT POLICY
Cancellations. At Catrina Curia you can cancel your order until the date of shipping for any reason free of charge and we will fully refund your credit card or original method of payment. Once you have received a shipment confirmation email, cancellation is not an option, and you will be charged the full amount for your order. PERSONALIZED ITEMS CAN NOT BE CANCELLED.
Returns. Catrina Curia offers 30 days from the day of shipping confirmation to return products. PERSONALIZED ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE. For the products to be returned, we ask:
- The product has to be in its original, unused condition with all tags still attached, including security tags, leaflets, and authenticity cards if applicable.
- The product has to be returned in its original packaging.
- The product has to be complete with all parts and accessories.
- The product has to have its original proof of purchase.
Products that are incomplete, damaged, or used will not be accepted for return. If the conditions of the product are satisfactory and you comply with the return instructions, we will refund the purchase price, and sales tax minus the original shipping cost if any to the same credit card or the original payment method.
Return instructions.
- Contact us at costumerservices@catrinacuria.com, subject, RETURN within 30 days of the shipping confirmation.
- We will send you a prepaid carrier shipping label via email. Please print the label and attach it to the package used upon delivery covering the original label. By using this label, you allow us to pay for the return shipping and trace the package.
- Drop the package off at the carrier shipping location.
- If you decide to use a different carrier than what we offer, WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE OR LOSS.
